The total amount of the industry must continue to achieve stable growth. By 2015, the output of chemical fiber will reach 41 million tons, with an average annual growth of 5.8%, and the proportion of chemical fiber in textile fiber processing will reach 76%.

The product structure must be continuously optimized. Accelerate the development of functional fibers such as flame-retardant, anti-droplet, anti-bacterial, odor-removing, moisture-removing and sweat-absorption fibers, and differentiated and individualized fibers, and increase the proportion of functionalized and differentiated fibers. By 2015, the differential rate of chemical fiber will increase to more than 60%; the self-sufficient rate of chemical fiber used in high-performance fabrics and products will reach 85%; the proportion of chemical fiber used in industry will reach 29%; and the high-simulation fiber will account for 15% of the total output of chemical fiber.

High-performance fiber industrial production capacity should be significantly improved. The performance of aramid 1313, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, continuous basalt fiber and other products must reach the world's advanced level; carbon fiber, polyphenylene ether and other industrial production and application to achieve greater breakthroughs, product performance close to international standards; aramid 1414 gather Fibers such as imide and polytetrafluoroethylene should complete the development and production of pilot test technology and strive to achieve industrial production. By 2015, the recycling scale of used polyester products, chemical fiber fabrics, and garments will reach 7 million tons, the energy contract management coverage will exceed 20%, the cleaner production certification coverage rate will exceed 30%, and the company’s carbon footprint certification will make progress.
