**Franchise Opportunities:**
1. **Brand Margin:** A deposit of 10,000 RMB is required. No interest-free refund will be provided after the contract expires within 30 days.
2. **Location Requirements:** We can offer first-floor stores in central business districts or well-known large shopping malls. The location must meet at least three of the following criteria.
3. **Traffic Volume:** The site should account for over 60% of the total foot traffic on the floor.
4. **Space Requirements:** The actual area of the adjacent street shop should be no less than 50 square meters, while the counter area inside the store should be no less than 40 square meters.
5. **Experience and Ability:** Applicants should have a certain level of risk resistance, several years of experience in apparel brand management, and rich knowledge in marketing and operational management.
6. **Legal Compliance:** Franchisees must operate legally, maintain a good reputation, and strictly follow the company’s management regulations.
7. **Initial Purchase Requirements:** The purchase amount for the first quarter of each season should not be less than 6–8 million RMB. For the first batch of autumn and winter collections, the purchase amount should be no less than 8–10 million RMB.
8. **Annual Purchase Target:** If the annual purchase reaches over 500,000 RMB, franchisees will be eligible for the headquarters’ reward system.
9. **Store Image:** All stores must follow the headquarters' unified design and decoration standards to maintain brand consistency and image.
