At present, industrial wool shrinkage prevention processing still relies on chlorination treatment technology, but its adsorbable organic chlorine (AOX) brings serious environmental pollution problems. The development of industrialized application of wool wool tops without chlorine and shrinkage has become an international cross-century problem that needs to be solved urgently. The biological enzymatic method is a hot spot in the research of wool shrinkage prevention technology in recent years. In the disclosed protease fluff shrinkage processing method, a two-step method or a batch one-bath method is adopted, but this type of method not only has a long processing flow, a harsh process condition, but also has large damage to the wool fiber, which seriously affects the quality of the wool and Take the quality .

The project takes continuous and rapid biological enzyme treatment as a technical feature, and carries out a series of research on the core and difficult problems of the key technology in the continuous processing of wool tops. It not only constructs a rapid anti-shrinkage treatment system for wool tops based on "double catalytic theory". It has laid a theoretical and technical foundation for the continuous shrinkage prevention and processing of tops; and through the technical integration, it has successfully developed the continuous rapid automatic wool top anti-shrinking processing technology, equipment and production line dedicated to wool tops, achieving chlorine-free, fast, Stable anti-shrinking processing target; and then developed a new type of chlorine-free shrink-proof tops with ecological characteristics, the product meets the technical requirements of anti-shrinkage products (IWS TM31 (5 × 5A)), and the anti-pilling performance is good. At present, a production line with an annual output of 2,200 tons has been built in Changshu Xinguang Top Processing Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Xinao Textile Co., Ltd., and has been put into production.

The project applied for 1 international patent, 4 national invention patents, 2 utility models, of which 2 were authorized and 1 internationally (Japan); 8 papers were published, 4 of which were included in SCI and EI. Since the implementation of the project, the accumulated sales revenue has reached 189.877 million yuan and achieved good economic benefits. According to reports, the project has been highly valued by the International Wool Secretariat (IWS), has the conditions to pay for export technology to advanced countries abroad, and has also broken through the traditional perception of the application of biological enzymes in textiles for a long time. It is of great significance to promote green manufacturing and enhance the level of technological innovation .
