2012 Precious Metals Commemorative Plan announced

The People's Bank of China recently announced the issuance of the 2012 precious metal commemorative coin project. With the approval of the People's Bank of China, the 2012 precious metal commemorative coins plan to issue 7 projects, 50 varieties, including 27 varieties of gold coins and 23 varieties of silver coins.

The seven projects are: 2012 Panda Gold and Silver Commemorative Coins (including the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Bank of China (601988) Panda plus gold and silver commemorative coins, and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Hua Xia Bank (600015) Panda plus gold and silver commemorative coins), China Panda Gold Coin 30th Anniversary Gold and Silver Commemorative Coins, Chinese Buddhist Holy Land (Wuttaishan) Gold and Silver Commemorative Coins, Chinese Peking Opera Face Color Gold and Silver Commemorative Coins (Group 3), Chinese Bronze Warriors Gold and Silver Commemorative Coins (Group 1), 2012 Beijing International The Stamp Coin Expo commemorates silver coins and the 2013 China Gold and Silver Commemorative Coin of the Year of the Snake.

The central bank stated that if there are adjustments to the number of projects and circulation during the year, the announcement of the People's Bank of China shall prevail.
