Zhejiang Industry and Commerce Bureau responds to shark brand veto test results

The "Measures for Monitoring the Quality of Goods in the Circulation Field" promulgated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce stipulates that enterprises that have detected quality problems in their products may submit re-inspection requirements to the industrial and commercial departments within the 15-day appeal period. Exceeding the period of complaint, the company will no longer have persuasive and legal benefits by taking the product to any other department for testing.

When conducting quality monitoring, the industry and commerce departments directly took samples from the mall and sealed them on site, with samples in duplicate. If the company disagrees with the test results within the 15-day appeal period, the industry and commerce department will test the original test sample or a back-up sample sampled at the same time. The enterprises themselves sampled and got any other quality inspection departments to carry out the tests, which have no legal effect.
