Overview

A bag-shaped warp knit fabric woven by a double needle raschel machine. With less material, the mesh size is stable. The main use of polyethylene, polypropylene flat yarn and other chemical fibers as raw materials for weaving. There are two kinds of weaving methods: one is horizontal weaving, and the front and rear needle beds are used to weave the front and back sheets of the packaging bag respectively. At the bottom of a woven bag, the two needle beds woven the sides of the bag at the same time when weaving to the required width of the packaging bag. The bag is connected laterally and consecutively, and the two-bed co-woven part is separated from the middle to form a packaging bag; the other is a relatively simple method, ie, vertical weaving, that is, first weaving a tubular fabric, and then proceeding Cut and sew one end to form a bag. Warp-knitted bags have the advantages of stable fabric structure, high yield, low cost, and wide application. Suitable for packaging vegetables, fruits, coal, industrial raw materials.
