Overview

Also known as cable cloth. It is used as a non-woven covering tape for cross-linked cables and full-plastic cables to replace the original PVC tapes and glass tapes. The reason why these two kinds of bags (cloth) belts are replaced is that PVC bags have obvious thermal expansion and contraction and are vulnerable to climatic conditions and cannot meet the requirements of tight packing and docile tying; glass cloths are produced when they are cut into strips. Dust has allergic effects on the human body and poor street performance, affecting sheath extrusion.

The non-woven cloth for cable is made of vinylon or terylene as the raw material. It is produced by chemical bonding, hot rolling or spunbonding. The mass per unit area is 60~80g/m2, the thickness is 0.15~0.25mm, and the tensile strength is more than 80N. /1.5cm, longitudinal elongation greater than 12%.
