Overview

The use of burnt-out technology to show the pattern of printed handkerchiefs. The flower pattern is translucent, elegant in color, and has a stiff handle. The handkerchief fabric is made of polyester yarn wrapped in colored cotton fiber cored yarn and woven in plain weave. The base fabric is printed with sulfuric acid, methylcellulose paste and synthetic glue paste. After baking, the cotton fibers in the printing area are carbonized (because the cotton fiber can be carbonized with sulfuric acid, and the polyester is acid-resistant without being charred), after washing, carbonization is performed. The cotton fibers were removed and the remaining polyester was translucent. For example, when printed with acid dye paste, the pattern of other dyes can make the patterns of the burnt handkerchief transparent and more colorful and dazzling.
